This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using the Reskinnable platform and services. This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service and applies to all users.
By using our Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, create, or publish content that:

- Violates any applicable law or regulation in any jurisdiction

- Contains or distributes illegal materials
1.2 Intellectual Property Violations
- Infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights
- Uses third-party content without proper authorization or licensing
- Removes or alters copyright notices or watermarks from licensed content
1.3 Harmful or Offensive Content
- Contains sexually explicit or pornographic material
- Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Depicts graphic violence, gore, or promotes self-harm
- Harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates others
1.4 Deceptive Content
- Impersonates another person, brand, or organization
- Contains false or misleading information intended to deceive users
- Promotes fraudulent schemes, scams, or phishing attempts
- Misrepresents the nature, origin, or purpose of the game or content
1.5 Regulated Activities
- Promotes gambling or casino-style games where prohibited by law
- Converts virtual in-game currency to real money or prizes
- Creates secondary markets for virtual game currency or items
- Enables real-money wagering using games from this platform
- Deploys games with casino-style mechanics to users under 18 years of age, or the minimum age required by applicable laws in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater
- Deploys games with casino-style mechanics in jurisdictions where prohibited (including Washington, Idaho, and Nevada, USA)
- Advertises controlled substances, weapons, or other regulated products
- Targets children with inappropriate content or data collection
1.6 Malicious Content
- Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Attempts to collect user data without proper disclosure and consent
- Redirects users to malicious websites
- Interferes with users’ devices or data
1.7 Personal Information
- Contains personal data of third parties without their consent
- Collects or harvests personal information in violation of privacy laws
- Exposes sensitive personal information (financial, health, identity documents)
2. Prohibited Conduct
When using the Service, you may not:
2.1 Security Violations
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent security measures
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems
- Access areas of the Service you are not authorized to access
- Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
2.2 Service Abuse
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service without permission
- Scrape, harvest, or copy content from the platform
- Overload our systems with excessive requests or data
- Interfere with other users’ access to or use of the Service
2.3 Commercial Violations
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service
- Use the Service to operate a competing platform
- Violate the terms of your License Agreement
2.4 Fraud and Misrepresentation
- Provide false information during registration or payment
- Use stolen payment credentials or engage in payment fraud
- Impersonate Reskinnable staff or representatives
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans
3. Enforcement
3.1 Our Rights
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to:
- Monitor content and conduct on the platform
- Remove or disable access to any content that violates this policy
- Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
- Report illegal activities to law enforcement
- Cooperate with legal authorities in investigations
3.2 Enforcement Actions
Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Warning: Notification of the violation with a request to correct
- Content Removal: Removal of the violating content
- Temporary Suspension: Temporary loss of access to the Service
- Account Termination: Permanent removal from the platform
- Legal Action: Pursuit of legal remedies for damages
3.3 No Refunds for Violations
If your account is suspended or terminated for violating this policy, you are not entitled to any refund of fees paid.
3.4 Appeal Process
If you believe enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by contacting us at [email protected] within 14 days. We will review your appeal and respond within 10 business days.

If you become aware of content or conduct that violates this policy, please report it to us.

Response Time
We aim to review all reports within 48-72 hours and take appropriate action.
Good Faith Reports
We will not take action against users who report violations in good faith, even if the report turns out to be incorrect.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reskinnable and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of this Acceptable Use Policy
- Your User Content
- Your use of the Service in violation of any third party’s rights
- Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party
This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
